The Renewable Energy Centre Exhibits At Ecobuild

Press Release
24 Feb 2009

The Renewable Energy Centre is set to exhibit next week at the UK’s largest sustainable building products show; Ecobuild.

Held at Earls Court in London from 3rd – 5th March, the show is poised to attract record numbers this year with over 800 exhibitors and a long line of high profile guest speakers.

The Renewable Energy Centre said that having visited the show in previous years it was a valuable platform from which to promote the website and raise brand awareness. Situated on Stand GS32 in the Green Shoots Pavilion, The Renewable Energy Centre will be offering a guided tour around the website, advice on home energy saving and micro generation products and services.

Richard Simmons, Managing Director at The Renewable Energy Centre said, “The show will provide a great marketing opportunity for us to raise the profile of our website. We are currently number one in Google for renewable energy and we want to ensure as many people as possible access the information we have on the site, in order to understand the importance of becoming more sustainable in today’s society”.

The Renewable Energy Centre has been a regular seminar guest at Grand Designs in London and Birmingham and last year exhibited at Interbuild and the Homebuilding and Renovating show.

Angela Gallacher, Head of Press and Marketing at the Centre commented “Ecobuild is synonymous with renewable energy and all things sustainable and is an essential show for anyone who is looking to reduce their individual impact on climate change. The Renewable Energy Centre is well placed to play a valuable part at the exhibition to help broaden the knowledge of both consumers and businesses at the show.”

The Renewable Energy Centre will be offering free gifts and advice to anyone visiting the stand and for businesses in the renewable industry, a month’ free advertising on the website.
